I know it says “Asian Market” but this is mainly dedicated for Burmese people because we rarely have our own authentic food and snacks here unless we make ourselves or order from country which takes a lot of money and time, I’m glad they have variety of authentic Burmese snacks and pantry items. To those who wrote bad reviews they should have done research before going in plus this is just a mini mart why u expect them to treat you like a restaurant experience? Mostly ppl coming and get what they want pay and leave, most of us are Burmese so we communicate with each others. To those two who wrote bad reviews just so u know this is a family business, don’t ruined someone’s small business for your expectations of wanting to be treated like a king. I always come here whenever I miss snacks that reminds me of home. 10/10

To the guy in the reviews that said they had bad customer service: THIS IS A BURMESE STORE, THEY DO NOT SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH. There is a lot of Burmese food here, I’ve been there multiple times it is a nice little spot. Yes they did list it as asian but if you wanted general americanized asian food, go to H-mart. You were rude to the staff who are used to people who actually know what the place is. I love this place because it’s the only place that has burmese food even if I have to drive an hour because it is my country’s food. And because of people like you, they now have a bad review on their page which will make people less likely to come when it is due to your ignorance. And I have ordered countless times online and all of the packages came nicely and undamaged.

I placed some items online and everything arrived broken. We order everything from everywhere all the time, but this is the worst place. They just threw everything in a box, nothing was protected, everything was broken. No paperwork, nothing of any type of professional customer service… Needless to say, never will order again. I’m sure they sell only to their local people and that’s why customer service isn’t their forte.

Came in with my 11 year old daughter. 3 employees there, and no other customers. No greeting, no, "welcome. How can we help you." No acknowledgement of any kind. They just talked to each other and ignored us. I made a remark about the poor customer service and they just blinked their vacant eyes and went back to doing nothing. Places like this do not deserve our money. I came in looking for something chocolaty, some lobster Ramen, and some squid jerky. Things I usually find in Asian markets. I found none of them there. And none of the 3 girls were interested in helping us. We won't return. If they fail, I hope they know it wasn't the economy's fault.
